The 20th Annual Christmas Tour of Homes in Olde Town Conyers will offer a candlelight tour on Saturday, December 9 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, December 10 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Conyers was developed in the 1900’s as a train station and you can visit the original Depot in the historic downtown village area. The rich heritage in the community is reflected in the beauty of the homes that will be shared on the tour. Each home will be decorated for the season and guests will be able to see some of the unique architecture and décor that makes each home unique.
The walking tour will allow each visitor to see the “sidewalk churches” that are noteworthy in the downtown area and enjoy the warmth of this beautiful Southern town.
Tickets are $15 in advance and they go on sale November 10. Click to purchase your ticket/s. Tickets will be $18 on the day of the event.
The Pilot Club was most gracious in allowing RER to take over the event this year and allow proceeds to help our neighbors in need throughout Rockdale County.
Tickets are available at the Conyers Welcome Center located in the Depot. For more information about being an event sponsor, group sales, and tour information, please visit call 770-356-7301.
Rockdale Emergency Relief (RER) is celebrating their 50th year serving the needs of citizens in our community to establish food security, utility assistance, and some housing needs. Additionally, RER is the lead agency in Rockdale for many of the initiatives to help find long-term solutions to financial stability and success.
